Whether you are buying or hiring a headpiece from us, our team of expert milliners are excited to guide you in choosing the perfect piece to complement your outfit, whatever the occasion.

We would love to welcome you for a private appointment at our design studio and showroom, which you'll find nestled beside a vineyard in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.During your appointment you will be able to view and try on our current collection, as well as carefully selected designs from our archives. We also offer a bespoke service - You'll have the opportunity to speak to a member of the design team and discuss your vision, whether you'd like to colour-match an existing design to your outfit or create a completely new design.For the best experience, we recommend you bring your outfit to your appointment as well as any accessories you may have including shoes, bag, and jewellery. All of these elements can help us in selecting the perfect piece for you.

If you are not able to join us at the studio, we also offer virtual appointments. Simply email us with images of your outfit, including any accessories you plan to wear, and details of your preferred colours or styles. A recent photograph of yourself is also incredibly helpful for the design team to select pieces based around what will best compliment your face shape, skin tone, and hair colour.Should you wish to discuss a bespoke design, this is of course still possible via a virtual appointment. We are also still able to offer our colour matching service for designs within our collection- we would simply need to receive the item of clothing you wish to match to at our studio or alternatively you can send a swatch of fabric to match the headpiece to.You can browse our current collections here, or view a selection of our archive pieces here.

When ordering a design from our current collection, we can offer delivery within around 4 weeks. Rush orders are possible but please discuss this with the team before placing your order.
