Our hats and headpieces are sized as 'one size' - unless stated otherwise, in the product description.

Where they have a comb or hairband attachment, these will fit any head size.

All of our hats and headpieces are made to order and are therefore non-refundable.

Often our pieces are available in multiple colourways - please select which colour you require from the menu (if present), upon ordering. If you can't see a particular colour here, we offer a bespoke colour-matching service. Please select ‘Bespoke’ and we will be in touch on receipt of your order to discuss the colours with you. 

Our hats are made to order so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery to ensure you have your order in good time for your occasion We will contact you on receipt of your order to let you know when you can expect delivery.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need an order sooner than we have stipulated on our delivery info, as we are always happy to assist with rush orders!

Your hat will be sent in a hat box for storage and safe keeping and will be sent by UK courier as standard.

Those ordering from overseas will have a shipping charge calculated at check-out.

Your Vivien Sheriff masterpiece has been made by hand by skilled artisans using delicate finishes - as such we are sure you will want to to treat them with care; please do not pick up or carry hats by the brim, or by their trims, and please do not to wear them in the rain as they will become damaged.

Our price includes a free hat box for storage, we recommend you store your piece as soon as possible after wear. Hats with brims should always be put in the box upside down.
